Refund Policy

This page restates the delivery and refund terms from our Terms of Service, so you can find them without reading the whole contract. If the two ever differed, the Terms of Service would prevail — which is why this page simply displays the same sections.
6. Delivery, refunds and your right to change your mind
Your report is available immediately after payment, at a private link. Keep that link: it is how you return to your report. We recommend downloading or printing your certificate and report as soon as they open, so that a lost link never costs you the document.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have fourteen days from purchase to change your mind and be refunded — and because your report is delivered immediately, that right survives delivery. Write to support@areyourobotready.org within fourteen days and we will refund you, no questions asked.
We will not refund a request based on disagreeing with what your report says about you. Section 2 sets out what this assessment is; the report quotes the answers behind every statement so you can judge them yourself.
7. Your report link
Your report is reached through a long, unguessable link rather than a password. Anyone who has the link can read the report, so treat it as private and do not post it publicly.
We keep your report available for at least twelve months from purchase. We will give reasonable notice before removing it.
