Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Robot Readiness Test. Please read Section 2 before you buy anything: it explains, in plain terms, what this assessment is and what it is not.

By using the Robot Readiness Test you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

The Robot Readiness Test is operated by Robot Ready (Private Limited Company), registered in Cyprus under HE 336702, with its registered office at Themistokli Dervi 48, Centennial Building, 2nd floor, office 404, Nicosia 1066.

The service is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Genève, Suisse.

2. What the Robot Readiness Test is — and what it is not

The Robot Readiness Test is a self-assessment about how you approach technological change. It presents twenty-five scenarios, records the option you choose, and returns a report describing what those choices have in common. It is designed to be interesting and useful. It is not a measurement instrument.

Specifically, and without exception:

3. Who may use the service

You must be 18 or older to buy a report. If you are under 18, please do not use the Robot Readiness Test.

You agree to give accurate details. Your name appears on your certificate and your email address is where your report link is sent — if either is wrong, we may not be able to deliver what you paid for.

4. What you buy

We sell two one-off products. Each is a digital report, delivered as a web page you can read and print. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. The price you see before you confirm is the price you pay; we never charge an amount you have not seen.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. Your bank may apply its own fees — for example a currency conversion fee — over which we have no control.

We may change our prices at any time. A change never affects an order already placed.

6. Delivery, refunds and your right to change your mind

Your report is available immediately after payment, at a private link. Keep that link: it is how you return to your report. We recommend downloading or printing your certificate and report as soon as they open, so that a lost link never costs you the document.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have fourteen days from purchase to change your mind and be refunded — and because your report is delivered immediately, that right survives delivery. Write to support@areyourobotready.org within fourteen days and we will refund you, no questions asked.

We will not refund a request based on disagreeing with what your report says about you. Section 2 sets out what this assessment is; the report quotes the answers behind every statement so you can judge them yourself.

7. Your report link

Your report is reached through a long, unguessable link rather than a password. Anyone who has the link can read the report, so treat it as private and do not post it publicly.

We keep your report available for at least twelve months from purchase. We will give reasonable notice before removing it.

8. Acceptable use

Your report is for you. You may print it, keep it and share it with people you choose.

You may not resell it, republish it as your own, or use our questions, scoring or report text to build a competing product. You may not attempt to extract our scoring system, disrupt the service, or use automated means to submit answers.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached. If we do, and you paid, we will refund you.

9. Our content

The questions, the scoring system, the report text, the design and the brand belong to us and are protected by copyright. Buying a report gives you the report, not rights in the underlying work.

Your answers are yours. We use them to produce your report and, in a form that cannot identify you, to improve the assessment.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. If we discontinue it while you have a valid unused purchase, we will refund you.

We may improve the assessment over time. Your report reflects the version in place when you took it, and it does not change afterwards.

11. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss arising from your use of the assessment for the purposes excluded in Section 2.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights the law of your country of residence gives you, and nothing here removes them.

12. If something goes wrong

Please write to support@areyourobotready.org first. Most problems are a delivery failure and are fixed in minutes.

These Terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.

Consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We are not obliged to use, and have not committed to, any particular alternative dispute resolution body.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. We will not apply a later change retroactively to an order already placed.
